Ai & the Mikoshibas.12.20.16
Ezzy: where is my fic where Ai is dating his best friend's brother and it's all totally okay and everyone is happy and Sei lets Momo tag along and his and Ai's dates sometimes consist of going bug hunting with Momo
Ezzy: (aka that fic where Ai is kind of dating both Mikoshiba brothers and they're not really sure how THAT happened)
Angelfish: Ezzy. I missed you so much. Please say more words.
Ezzy: so Ai doesn't really realize he's kind of dating both Mikoshibas until one day he's waiting for Sei to come back from the store and he's passing the time by scrolling on his phone and Momo is totally sprawled across his lap and Ai is running his hand along Momo's back and it's warm and comfy and he actually pouts when Sei comes back because then that means they're gonna go on their date and he was actually enjoying sitting on the couch and Sei says that he needs to stop because his heart can't handle the cuteness and wants to kiss it away and Momo's just like "Same."
Angelfish: This is fantastic. All I can picture is Rin desperately trying to figure it out while Sousuke just shrugs. Also Ai would be even more fucking spoiled than normal. Anything he wants, he just has to bat his eyes and one of them will get it for him.
Ezzy: Rin sitting on the couch with them one day, oblivious to everything, and he hears Ai go "I want a bottle of water." and Mikoshiba replies "Got it babe." It's not til Momo steps into the living room and tosses the bottle to Ai that Rin registers that MOMO just called Ai BABE. WTF?
Angelfish: Rin's pretty sure it was a slip or a one-time joke or something, until he goes over to Ai's for dinner one day and there's two bouquets on the counter, each with a card from a different Mikoshiba.
Angelfish: Okay but Momo and Sei getting into gift-giving competitions.
Ezzy: Momo picks some wildflowers for Ai. Sei buys him a bouquet. Momo buys him his favorite candy. Sei buys him his favorite dinner. Momo MAKES him his favorite dinner.
Angelfish: Ai sits there like an emperor, enjoying the spoils of his conquests.
Ezzy: Rin is. Very. Confused
Angelfish: Ai is very amused by his confusion. Nagisa has to take pity and explain it to him.
Ezzy: Rin: I just don't get it.
Nagisa: He's dating them both, Rinrin. At the same time. Not that confusing.
Angelfish: He's Ai-chan. Do you really think he can't have something he wants?
The world on a silver platter? I dunno. He's Ai-chan.
Angelfish: It doesn't matter if we know or not, Rinrin. It only matters that he's happy.
Angelfish: Rin isn't sure if they're still talking about the same thing anymore. He has a feeling Nagisa just said something profound.
