A The Adam Project au for Gravity Falls.

A future time-traveling fighter pilot Dipper crashes into gravity falls during the summer of 2013 (or 2012)

Injured, and trying to get to supplies, so he can patch himself up better; he runs into someone (this could be his past 13/12 year old self, one of his friends, or family. You take your pick)

They take him back to the shack (for the first aid kit), and his identity as future dipper is pretty quickly discovered.

Can they help future dipper?

(Maybe later, future Mabel could be even show up looking for her brother!)

Btw If it’s not taken, I think this au should be called “Project Falls”

If there is a Future Dipper time traveling, is there a Future Mabel as well? Or maybe the reason Dipper’s time traveling is because something happened to Future Mabel and he wants to change it? I need answers! I need to know! Mabel, are you ok in the future?
