In quantum physics, Heisenberg's uncertainty principle states that any attempt to observe the microscopic world can have an effect on what is being observed. Because of this, we cannot prove that absolute motion and absolute rest exist. Nor is there any way to know for certain if attempts to measure objects or incidents alters in any way what is being measured. Of significance here is the fact that what seems certain is actually uncertain. And therein lies yet another paradox: Our physical world appears as solid and stationary when it is anything but.

Yet all cells know their identity and their purpose before a single task is initiated. They display advance knowing. Particles and light waves consistently register knowing in advance, as well. [ . . . ] The earth and its myriad life-forms behave and operate in the same manner, as if connected to a single source of guidance, a unified intelligent whole. Information, then, preexists in some form. This preexistent, basic information seems everywhere present and readily available; waiting to be tapped, to be accessed, to be used. Such pure, changeless, yet ever-changing information may well exist in invisible etheric fields, making up something akin to a collective "memory bank" or etheric "library."
