Aight Backstory time(slight trigger warning)

Haji Yuno is a part of the Future foundation, working in the Branch office 6 with Juzo Sakakura.

She has a very kind nature and is called naive because of it. As the ultimate collector Haji tends to have everything on her. No matter what it is, her bag seems to have infinite space for objects such as band-aids, cloth, buttons and even water bottles. Haji has never liked the way some o the others such as Ruruka, treat Seiko. Saying that “Seiko does all the she can to help everyone and you do is treat her as though she commited genocide! Its not fair to be mean to her when all she’s been is nice!” 

Haji is about  Sonosuke’s height and wears a sleeve-less turtleneck with a bright green sweater over it. She wears a white belt and black shorts as well as black combat boot and white socks with a red and blue stripes across the top. She wears an eye patch over her right eye to hide her heterochromia, but later discards it at Juzo’s advice. Haji always has a suspender belt on her left leg which is clipped to her sock to help keep it in place. Her hair is dark grey, not quite quite and not quite white. Haji also wears black fingerless gloves and an abundance of buttons. She wears her Future foundation badge on the strap of her bag. Haji’s eyes seem to change colors often looks green or grey, so no ever ever really knows the real color.

Haji is always shown to have bandaids on her arms, left cheek, and and left knee. Juzo worries about why she always has her arms covered up, but never pushes the matter. Later on it is revealed that Haji self harms but becuase of her NG code she cant do that. Haji is very aware of Juzo’s crush on Kyosuke and often tries to keep his spirits up, knowing how insecure he is about it. 

When Haji was younger she didnt use female pronouns. She was forced to use male pronouns because he parents never used the correct ones. It, in turn, caused the self harm that Haji inflicts on herself. (Now if youre thinking its similar to Chihiro, yes and no, keep reading please) Haji had always gotten along the females at her school, so naturally her personality was more girly. Her father(at the time) said “I refuse to have some girly ass son in my house” Haji’s mother was less terrible about it saying “Just please dont start dressing in all pink” When Haji was about 15 she decided that she wanted to change her pronouns. Her father refused and her mother tried the best she could often messing up because she so use to Haji’s males pronouns. Haji also changed her name from Haida Yuno to Haji Yuno. 

Haji tends to be very flighty, and doesnt pay attention to close to anything. Its very rare to see her taking anything seriously and tends to try to keep everything very friendly and upbeat. After having surving th 51st killing game and joning the future foundation, Haji was ten forced to join the final killing game. Haji tends to flinch harshly when startled due to childhood trauma, and also tends to just have random outbursts, these outbursts usually consist of just noises and movements. 

Haji does in fact die although it is never figured out who did it. They suspect su!c!d3 as her bracelet showed the NG code of “Inflicting harm to oneself”
