What do you think of Buddyfight as a game?
It was interesting, but it struck me as a bit self limiting in a way a lot of Bushiroad's games tend to be which tend to screw them over in the long run.
But I do think it had the right idea of BIG HAM for its aesthetics.
Honestly I'd rather have it over Vanguard.

I haven't heard anything about buddyfight lately, did they stop supporting the game? Also, hows vanguard doing after the 2nd reboot?
The game is no longer printed, has no new sets, and has no tournament support. It's an ended and dead CCG.

I'm in a weird place where I don't really care that much about the cast of Buddyfight so much as I like their Decks.
I also liked most of the Ancient Dragon World Deck Users, I guess.
So back when buddyfight first started, I heard a rumor/theory that Tasuku was originally the planned protagonist instead of Gao, but they changed it at the last minute. What are your thoughts on it?
Apparently it comes from a lot of the early advertising having no sign of Gao and a lot of signs of Tasuku.
Uh, Tasuku's too much of a square to be a Saturday Morning Cartoon lead, gonna be honest.
You didn't like Buddyfight Ace? How come?
Basically it had no ambition to escalate its story.
Okay, so you have the MC's best friend become a corrupted dangerous villain... and? What? Assembles an evil crew. And. What. They're all rule abiding bad boys? Who all go 'oh no' the moment they realize what's up with Ranma's partner.
It was the 5th functional season of Buddyfight and was the third time in a row it just had no teeth. No willingness to do anything left feel, surprising, or particularly of importance after the initial surprise twist!
