We had such an amazing time with this awesome team tonight at @refitoutwest ! They really have embraced the "family, fun, and fitness" concept of @refitrev and we are so thankful for each and every one of them! Tonight's theme was plaid, but also it was about seeing the good in ourselves. For heartwork we each got to write one good thing about ourselves on the mirror, which we will be bringing to class from now on for new people to write on. Not only was Zoe the first to write on it but she also came up to lead us in a new song, all by herself! There's a pic of #proudmomma looking on. But the fun and surprises didn't end there; @mudmamma.krys took the stage alongside @jenrmcquillan and she rocked it; #futurerefitinstructor 😉!!(?)!! The kids and the adults all rocked it!
