listen sweet wine is best wine and honestly? even the cheap moscato isn’t bad as long as it’s cold? and it’s nice and carbonated and makes for good summer sangria and yes i have feelings about moscato

3. Least favorite part of writing.Rewrites (not the editing to make it pretty, that’s something else). I f****ing hate rewrites. I am usually fairly okay with chopping things indiscriminately if they don’t fit the story and where it’s going, and have been known to chop thousands upon thousands of words, full chapters, even (I have a file that’s about 40k words of just chopped scenes/chapters from a single story), but REWRITES. JFC. The last time I had to rewrite, it was 13k words (pacing and POV), and I just… I wanted to die. Rewrites hurt my soul.

4. Do you have writing habits or rituals? Butt in chair. that’s the extent of my “habits.” Just show up and put in the wordcount, really. Though this winter when it was freezing, making a giant mug of tea when sitting down to write at night became a bit of a ritual. My fingers get very cold and so having that tea to keep me warm and the caffeine to keep me going was helpful. Now I just sit down and try not to cry at the empty page ahaha.

8. Favorite trope to write.BED SHARING/CO-SLEEPING. THEY WILL HAVE TO TEAR THAT FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS ONE DAY. I love the hilarity of it.

Interesting fact about myself: I'm a notorious multi-tasker, as in I can't focus on doing just one thing at one time, I have to be doing a million (such as editing, listening to music, and watching my roommate play Dragon Age Origins)

I get that way too. If I’m making cosplay I have to have a show in the background and answer questions between tasks when/if I can.Side note, your “too far gone” was the first reylux I ever read, and I never went back after that so thank you for your amazing stuff man. I adore it.

What’s your favorite scene in [insert story title here]?My fave scene will always be from Smoke and Retribution (it’s the longest fic I’ve actually completed; I’m proud af for it). All of chapter 18 is great, but especially the bit where Rey holds a knife to Kylo’s neck while he’s asleep but he trusts/knows her that she won’t kill him :’)7. What themes do you have the most difficulty writing?Does ‘conveying feelings so it has the same impact I envision’ count? That along with hardcore angst whilst keeping things simple/to the point. 9. How do you choose a POV for a story?ALRIGHT SO I used to be able to write multiple POVs?? Now I can’t??? I feel compelled to keep it strictly to one POV so as a reader, you can go on the same journey as the main character, which is all good, except I always get shitty bc my god it would be easier if I just jumped between POVs so I don’t have to sprinkle clues about other character motives 😩
