13. One of your favorite 80’s songs

Fast Car - Tracy Chapman

so in florida i experienced the joys of american radio for the first time

and our hire car was tuned to this 80s station by default

and this song played a couple of times while we were there, and id forgotten abt this song for so many years, but i just love the instrumental, the lyrics, and the sound of the singers voice

20. A song that has many meanings to you

Ray of light - ZHIEND

im pretty sure ive talked abt this one before, but when i first heard this song, i misheard the lyrics

instead of hearing ‘easy way out’ i somehow heard ‘is it real?’ which gives the song a completely different tone

its just such a beautiful song, with really powerful and moving lyrics, and i just love it

4: how do you take your coffee/tea?

Well, I don’t drink coffee at all, but I like my tea warm and with honey, and I recently discovered that tea with milk isn’t that bad at all, so sometimes I drink it with milk

9: do you like singing/humming to yourself?

Yes, I do it very often, especially when I’m returning from school by bike and I’m alone, I will try to sing ‘Alexander Hamilton’ because it’s one of the only songs I know by heart

the asks I got, my little brother, the fact that a teacher didn’t know anything about his computer, just talking with my niece

Lasagna probably, although I also like pasta with pesto (I just like almost everything with pesto)

in general: I wanted to make a chemistry pun, but all the good ones Argon (or smth like that)

one I made: my sister and I were eating pie and it was a small one and my sister said it looked cute so I said ‘it’s a cutie pie’

48: what was your biggest fear as a kid? is it the same today?

my biggest fear probably was the monsters around me, I read a lot of horror stories for children, but they were pretty scary.

Now a constant fear is that I talk to people who actually don’t like me, but just act polite, and then I think I can keep talking to them but it irritates me.And then a fear that’s sometimes present is that a close loved one will die, but I have faith that that won’t happen soon.

I had to take a test for myer briggs, and I don’t know how reliable that is, but apparently I am INFP-T? and then Libra, Ravenclaw

It might not be the very best song speaking of music, but in the text they ask: ‘wouldn’t it be better if everyone is tolerant towards eachother’, so it is very anti-racist.

Keep in mind that this is a song (actually) for 4-12 year olds (but like half Belgium and the Netherlands still listens to it) and this song was brought out 10-13 yrs ago? idk. But the text is so very good, and if everyone would listen to it, the world would be a better place. :)
