Oh, it had been many a year since the woman had found herself in Faerie once more.  And although Tevy is aware of the things that can happen to her--all sorts of Nasty Things exist--she's more enthralled by the magic of places.

Which was, of course, a very logical explanation, she told herself as she quietly explored the grounds of Wherever This Place Was, only stopping every now and again when she had caught a glimpse of that woman--a Star?  A Faerie?  Tevy was unsure.

But an introduction was something she truly did want to avoid.  That would mean explaining who she was, what she was doing here, and all other sorts of questions that she did not want to answer.

So Tevy chose to watch from a distance, unaware if the woman noticed her in kind.
