The Walt Disney Company Plans to Stick With its Linear TV Channels, Operating Them as 'Brands With Studios'

Josh D'Amaro has confirmed that Disney will keep traditional TV Channels unlike Warner Bros Discovery. D'Amaro mentions that Disney Channel, ABC Network and FX are now seeing as a "Brand with studios that produce and we monetize that content across multiple platforms."

D'Amaro and Hugh Johnston point to the sucess of shows like The Bear, Bluey, Phineas And Ferb, Shōgun, Kiff, Abbott Elementary and ESPN as big examples in why brands like Disney Channel, FX and ABC are key parts of The Walt Disney Company.
