Miss Patty had to cut in Samantha's and Dean's dance, "Okay, okay, dears." She looked at Samantha, "You have a natural ability, but a girl doesn't lead, especially not that aggressively. If you did that, you'll scare off a man – or a woman dancing that aggressively."

"Well, it didn't help that moose a boy was fighting me the entire time," Samantha added.

Dean looked at Delilah and Matt, "Did she just call me moose?"

"Yes," Delilah and Matt said in unison.

Jess shoved his hands in his pockets, “So we uh, didn’t get the chance to talk at dinner the other night.”

“That's because you ran out before I got the chance to know you better.” Emma crossed her arms with a tilt of her lips, “And it’s too bad cause Sookie makes a mean grilled cheese.”

“Yeah, well, I was a little busy reading this,” Jess handed her a worn out copy of a familiar book that up until last night, had always remained on her nightstand. This Side of Paradise stared up at her. Jess smirked, “Wouldn’t have pegged you for a Fitzgerald girl.”

Emma smirked back, “And you seem more like the Kerouac type than a romantic type.”

“I just wanted to make a few notes in it, that’s all,” Jess’s smirk grew wider.

re-introducing :: emma gilmore in “uptown girl”

Emma Gilmore was a simple person. She loved her twin sister and mom more than life itself, would kill for a good cup of coffee, and had more creative hobbies than most people in Stars Hollow as a whole. Artist, Writer, and Dreamer, Emma Gilmore’s got it all, until her twin sister gets accepted into Chilton and their mom has no choice except to reach out to their grandparents.

Suddenly Emma’s life is thrown out of balance, filled to the brim with Friday night family dinners, high expectations, and a brand new school with brand new people. It’s not the fun life-changing adventure Rory thinks it is, and Emma isn’t entirely sure there isn’t some ulterior motive behind her grandparent’s kindness toward her and her sister, but she’ll humor them for now. 

After all, she was a Gilmore Girl, and she would get through this. It’s what they do.

Star Hollow, Connecticut, was your typical small town. Everyone knew each other and it was dull, only filled with stupid events that Taylor Doose came up with (lets not forget the oh so lovely Gilmore girls who can do no wrong). That’s why Olivia couldn’t wait until she graduated and left with her two friends but until then she made sure to shake up the town.  So you can’t imagine how surprised she was when she heard that a certain New Yorker was staying in her small town and was making just as much trouble as her.

“Why is there orange on my pancakes?” Annika says, pointing at the offending article on her plate.

“Yeah, Luke, why the orange on Anni’s plate?” Lorelai asks, holding out her cup for a refill.

“Fruit, you know what fruit is right, Anni?” Luke begs, filling Lorelai’s cup from the coffee pot in his hand. “Bad enough you’ve got this one,” he waves his hand at Rory, “eating as badly as you but I’m not going to let Annika develop scurvy.”

“Scurvy!” Rory exclaims. “None of us is going to develop scurvy.”

Annika plucks the orange slice off her plate and announces that yes she knows what oranges are, they have them on game days and then jams it in her mouth.

She grins grotesquely, an orange rind smile. “More maple syrup, please!”

I'm doing a group video with oc pairings!!

It's gonna be a little while before I get it posted because I have other projects rn, but I wanted to get 'applications' started so I won't have to wait for responses when i'm ready to start editing! It's been a long time since I've done a group oc video, so I thought it'd be fun to do one!

I'll be a little selective with apps because I won't be able to fit all pairings into one video and i'm only making one right now. You have a higher chance of getting in the video if I can find high quality resources of your fcs. I'm not sure exactly how many I'll be able to fit in the video, but i'll try to get in as many as I can!
