WAHOO! Cavern of Dreams is one year old today!!! Honestly, it's surreal looking back. I had very little faith in this game idea before I revealed it online - I kind of assumed the N64 style was so niche nobody but me and a few other enthusiasts would care about it... but the response has been so validating and humbling. Some thanks are in order:
Thank you to the speedrunners, who broke the game in ways I couldn't even imagine and even created randomizers?!! Super entertaining to watch.
Thank you to the artists, and their adorable wonderful fanart. I've collected it all and looking at it always makes me smile... : )
Thanks to everyone who reported bugs and issues. Games are complicated... but with a helpful community, it's not so tough!
Thank you once again to Ben Keckley, Tasch Ritter, and everyone else who helped me get the game over the finish line. I couldn't have done it without them!
And thank you to YOU for playing my dumb little game, finding all the eggs and cards and secrets. I make worlds because people like you care enough to explore them.
