Sheldon has started a new job in the last couple weeks at Willow Creek General Hospital. His first day on his own has proven to be a bit more overwhelming than he was prepared for. In addition to his kindness being taken for blindness by other coworkers, making friends in this city might prove to be a little challenging. Overall Sheldon is feeling a bit down but not out.
