More personal art, this time a redesign of G3 Heath Burns! He's meant to match his doll closely enough that he wouldn't be too hard to customize. Skirt inspired by this (and of course the one he wears in Scaris)

Monster High G3 redesigns!

Ghoulia: I wanted to change her outfit and define her colour palette. I wanted to go for a more skater/chill vibes.

I added worms because the whole brain motif was boring me. Also added more zombie features.

Catty Noir: I personally love the new Catty! I was never a fan of her og g1 design, but I still overall love the idea behind her concept ( the whole superstitious gig ). Even tho I think her G3 design is really nice, the clothes are lacking.

I was personally inspired by Ariana Grande’s earlier outfits ( mostly the ones worn in the Break Free mv ) and by Lizzo’s.

Less pink & more silver please !! 🐈‍⬛

Spectra: Her face mold and overall doll is stunning, but I’m not a fan of her outfit. Why does she have biker shorts. Also, and this is my personal issue, I really don’t like the 3D printed chains. It feels really cheap. Anyways, I was inspired by Stevie Nicks’ outfits, since she would always wear these flowy, ethereal clothes on stage, giving her a ghostly appearance. I like the fact that she wears crystals, I think it fits with the clothes I designed for her 🔮

G3 Pony 021 - Snowflake

"All winter long, you can be sure to find Winter Snow in her favorite place the skating pond. After she practices her fancy flips and jumps, she gives lessons to the younger ponies, so they can put on an ice show to their friends."

Wow it's been a hot minute since I posted another G3 redesign for my AU. Well, here we go! This is Snowflake, which happens to have the same description as pony #18, Winter Snow. Because of that, I've decided to make them sisters who preform figure skating together.

Anyways just focused on giving her hair texture and G1’s skin tone because I can’t wrap my head around why they changed her skin color and it bugs me

Also gave her a tail because one it’s cute and two I love tails

▪︎MEET POSEA REEF ♡ MONSTER HIGH G3 REDESIGN

Here she is- the one and only, Posea Reef !! This design is my re-imagining of the G1 character Posea Reef, for the G3 Monster High TV series ! I’m so happy with how my redesign turned out, and I hope that you all like her too, in spite of all of her differences from the original Posea Reef. Although, they’re not the same on purpose. Posea’s fashion is inspired by Y2K beachwear, and gyaru fashion, with her outfit being a two piece swimsuit, which the skirt is a part of, a chunky belt, golden flip-flops and a hairband which her hair accessories are attached to. As a water elemental, Posea’s hair is made of water, and falls like a flowing waterfall !

Posea is a surfer, who loves to spend her time at the beach, catching waves, swimming in the sea, and soaking in the sun! The daughter of the God Poseidon, Posea has the power to control all bodies of water, as well as being able to communicate with sea life. Posea also has the ability to breathe both on water and on land.

I see her as a magic student and noble who’s used to the limelight and is actually pretty popular, the sort willing to throw down because she thinks a friend got insulted.  Marie would be a strong influence.
