It's been a while! I hope everyone is doing great and gearing up well for the upcoming month! Yes, I've been really inactive lately and I do feel bad about it but I don't know why this month I hardly found any motivation to create content and when I found that it was stressing me out, I decided to take it easy.
January has so far been one of the most eventful months I can remember! My new year kicked off with me failing my math periodical test (not that I didn't expect that) and I discontinued the winter studyblr challenge after mid-January which I felt really guilty about.
But then, looking back at how the month went, I'm so happy with how everything turned out to be! So many good things happened and I thougt it won't be fair if I don't share it with you all. ❤️
Well, I was the happiest person ever when at the midnight hour of New Year's Eve, I hit the publish button of the epilogue of the book I was writing on wattpad since Jan 01, 2020! After putting out the acknowledgements, I received an overwhelming amount of love from the readers I'm so grateful for!
We got closer than ever with our apartment mates that we had at least four small terrace parties in this cold where we cracked jokes and had tasty dinners!
I also reunited with a friend who went to another state ten years ago and so we had two sleepovers to celebrate our meet! Yep, we watched horror movies and danced because why not?
My closest ever friend whom I have known for the past twelve years finally went to college in another state and she spent two nights at our place before leaving! She lent me that big stack of books and gifted the sketchpad as well!
If it wasn't for her, I might not have drawn Jungkook out of an afternoon whim! I felt so touched while drawing after so many years! I had no idea that he will reconnect me with yet another passion of mine. What would I do without him?
Also, I finally received my personalized bookmark! Isn't it gorgeous?
Remember the crush I used to have study dates with? Well, she's my girlfriend now!! Unbelievable, I know.
Also, I remained consistent with journaling every day! I hope that at least this resolution makes it to the end of this year.
And yeah, I finished level 10 of TTMIK!? The certificate is beautiful, and I just had to let you all know about this!
I finished reading Sanjeev Sanyal's Land of the Seven Rivers recommended by none other than the amazing @gaaaandaaaalf herself! I really didn't think I'd be able to finish it by January-end but I was able to and it felt so nice! I really really thank you, c! If it wasn't for you, I don't know how long it would have taken for me to come to love the genre of non-fiction!
And yes! Our offline school started this month, although mainly for the practical exam purposes. It felt great, honestly. We have half days and our exams begin from second of February, in school.
So yeah, that was a really long post, hehe. I'm not sure if I will be as active here, but I will try my best to post whenever I can because I miss my friends and all those who shower my with red-hearted notes. 🥺
