They live down by the (THE TOWERS) and usually hang out with the [THE ATHLETES] clique[s]. From what I’ve heard, they can be STOIC, but they’re also ATTENTIVE. I always think of them when i hear THE SCIENTIST by COLDPLAY and tend to associate them with BRUISED KNUCKLES, DOG EARED BOOKS, AND FAST CARS. (tobi, she/they, 29, GMT)

TRIGGER WARNINGS FOR GABE’S BIO: cancer and death of a loved one (ages 0-14) when gabe was just 4 years old, his mother was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. for most of his young life he spent his days watching his mother get sicker by the year. for a while she had the all clear, but then the cancer returned, and it spread, until eventually, by the age gabe was 14, his mother had passed away. because of all of this, gabe developed a severe stutter in his youth, he was bullied tremendously for it, leaving him mute by choice. the loss of his mother broke him, and his father, a man who had an incredibly beautiful heart. his father never remarried, he knew deep down he would never love another like he did his wife. (ages 14-19) to cope with the loss of his mother, and the painful isolation he felt due to his inability to speak around others, gabe set up a youtube channel. it was within this channel that he began to build a following, and eventually, he was able to build his confidence. it was easy for him to talk to a camera, and life wasn’t so lonely when you had the whole world at your fingertips. it was within this community that gabriel michaels had found fame, and acceptance. (age 19-22) dating had never been easy for gabe, it was hard to know who to trust. there had only ever been two people who had ever managed to make some sort of dent in the mans heart. the first, was a girl that kissed him when he was just 6 years old, a girl that to this day is still his bestest friend. someone he knows he could never live without. the other, was a man he met a long time ago in new york, a man who originally had only meant to be a one night stand -- but when fate threw them together in a reality tv show, he found himself falling in love with him quickly. it was his longest relationship, for two years they devoted their everything to one another. but all good things must come to an end, and when gabe expressed his fears that the two of them were moving too fast at such a young age, he was left heartbroken when his boyfriend walked out due to his own fears of abandonment. (age 22-26) deciding it was time to move on from youtube, and reality tv, gabe discovered a passion for boxing. it had always been a hobby, but as time went on, it was clear that he had a real affinity for it. taking it on as a real, full time career, gabe moved forward with a new kind of fame, making a name for himself in a place he hadn’t expected.

10. What shampoo scent to they like best and why?

So Damon is a fan of green apple or mint shampoos. Once he started dating Jordan he found himself being drawn to berry scented once since they remind him of her. He’s still known to have his original favorite shampoos now mixed in with his new ones.

Oddly enough, Gabe doesn’t have an ultimate favorite scent. He’s actually a guinea pig for his sister Abigail and brother Riley’s homemade shampoos. He always has a different scent going on depending on what kinds of ingredients they’ve been working with. His current favorite of the ones he’s tried is a marshmallow scented shampoo. It mostly smelled like sugar and reminded him of his mom’s bakery along with the good memories tied to it.

34. Are they the jealous type? What are they most likely to be jealous of?

Cursed Damon is prone to jealousy. He tends to get jealous when someone is making advances on Jordan or Gabe and they seem to be reciprocating the feelings. Even if they’re just being polite to the flirt or not even returning the notions, Posa will find a way to twist it around to convince Damon that Jordan or Gabe are getting bored or tired of him and are looking to replace him. He doesn’t normally act on the impulse to pull Jordan or Gabe away but he definitely falls into a brooding/grumpy demeanor during the exchange and long after.

Gabe doesn’t really get jealous except when drunk. Sober him is much more secure and trusting in his partners. Drunk Gabe however is the type to ask Jordan or Damon if they’re single and when they say no get sad and jealous over whoever is lucky enough to be their partner (aka: himself).

48. Do they have social media? Do they like it or hate it? Obsess over it?

Damon is the kind of person who has social media to keep up to date on the people he cares about, but not to actually be active on it himself. He posts maybe once a month on any given social media account he has, but he has been known to comment and like other people’s posts. Usually he just lurks and reads their posts to stay updated on their lives. He likes social media a lot because they allow him to still be in people’s lives without having to do so in person which would put them in danger thanks to Posa. It’s a very handy tool for him that he’s grateful exists.

Gabe is a social media lover. He makes at least one original post a day and then shares, reblogs, retweets, etc multiple times a day. He also loves them for their ability to keep up to date on family and friends who live all over as well as those close by. With the busy STF work schedule, social media allows him to stay up to date on those he cares about and to keep them up to date on what’s going on with him.

(`･ω･´) what would they gush over? 

If you can get Damon to open up to you he gushes over Lei and Gabe, chocolate chip cookies, dogs, and fascinating things he finds out about magic and his shadows. Gabe gushes over so much if you let him. He will gush over the loves of his life, magic, cats, dogs, his family, books, potions, the weather. The guy could literally make anything sound exciting lol

(‘A`) what do they do when they’re alone? 

Damon will try to keep himself as busy as possible when he’s alone. Posa gets extra loud if he doesn’t have something to think about other than himself or Posa. He leans towards working on cold cases and filling out paperwork because they require so much thought. Gabe pretty much does anything that feels right in that moment. sometimes it’s cleaning, sometimes it’s working on potions, sometimes it’s reading. It all depends on the day.

ヽ(´ー｀)ﾉ what calms them down? 

Speaking softly to Damon, taking his hand, hugging him when he says it’s okay, and reassuring him that everything is okay is a big key to calming him down. Gabe needs lots of hugs and gentle kisses as well as tissues if necessary.

(´；ω；`) what sends them into a depression? 

Damon never really leaves his state of depression, it’s just a variation of how bad it is. What makes him fall hard is if he slips up and Posa gets out and does something bad like hurting someone. He won’t admit it but when someone makes a comment about him being a monster or dangerous because of Posa really hurts him. Gabe gets depressed when he can’t save a person in need, when he can’t do enough to help Lei or Damon, or if he gets yelled at more aggressively than he’s used to. 

(＃ﾟДﾟ) what do they do when they’re angry? 

Damon will usually leave the situation as fast as he can so he doesn’t hurt who or whatever has made them so mad. He has a tendency to go to a small space to try and calm down or going to the training room at the STF to work out or punch out his frustrations. Unfortunately for Damon, Posa’s influence has given a short fuse. It’s not uncommon for him to end up punching someone if the wrong thing is done or said. Gabe likes to go for a run, work out a new potion, go train, or sometimes he just stands for a moment to take in a deep breath. Gabe can get frustrated, but he doesn’t get angry very quickly.

(also basically lei@lei) How to care for Gabe: 1. Don't let him overwork himself or beat himself up over little things 2. Give him your time, you will not regret it 3. Even little things will make his day and it is so so so worth it 4. Don't put yourself in danger because he WILL do something stupid to protect you and probably get himself hurt 5. Remind him how much you adore him 6. Take him out on spontaneous dates! 7. Have his family around, he adores them and so will you.
