Merry Christmas Gabrian fans and co.

While I was initially confused by people shipping Gabriel and Ian despite having no canon interactions, I did realize it made sense, in part due to the fact that both characters spend the majority of the film in a similar status of trapped within the confines of their roles serving others, their real authentic selves ignored, neglected, and/or disrespected by the people around them, especially those with power over them, but also in part due to the powerful combination of Ian's pathetic kicked puppy energy and Gabriel's vibe that she aligns with that one post someone made about making people clap for their lameass boyfriend under threat of blowing a building up if they didn't
Ohhh, I have lots of ships like Gabriel X Fred (I call them Frebriel usually), and none of them make sense tbh, For example Hadrian X Gabriel (yeah, I have A LOT of Gabriel ships because I love dis man), just imagine how Gabriel gonna try and help Hadrian become a better person, because he's super sweet and stuff and Hadrian just cannot help but feel weak for this man. And then New Order finds out and Jesse tries to hold Ivor back because "Jesse! Lemme go for gods sakes Gabe doesn't know who he just befriende- WDYM YOU ARE DATING!?" I think it'll be hilarious to see how everybody thinks Hadrian helds Gabriel hostage while it literally other way around and Warrior simply wants his bf to be with everyone as good as he is with him.
This ship is kinda the same as Jesse X Aiden or Axel X Aiden expect Gabriel is sweet, sweet and dumb while Hadrian is.. well.. Hadrian? If that makes sense in some way. Silly me, but thanks for reading all this stuff<3
I've previously talked about Frebriel here earlier, so I'll primarily focus on Hadrian and Gabe.
Gabrian... Hadriel...??
Everyone freaking out is the funniest thing ong. IVOR THINKS GABRIEL IS INSANE. Jesse's like.. ivor deep breaths... GABRIEL YOURE INSANE
And Hadrian, still cocky as ever with an arm around Gabriel like, " What, little man? You couldnt happen to be .. *jealous* of us? Why would I ever date anyone else! Gabriel here isn't a loser! " And gabriel knocks hadrian on the head with his sword like shut up you fool!!!
Hadrian is Gabriel's fool. Gabriel is Hadrian's winner. His star. His number 1! His BOYFRIEND! HAHA TAKE THAT HADRIAN'S THE REAL WINNER AND HE'S GOING TO BRAG TO *EVERYONE!!!!!!*
Gabriel watching Hadrian rant to himself about definitely not morally correct things and just "uhuh. Yes. I bet. Wait wait no wait back up I didnt just agree with you. "
Gabriel has Hadrian on a kiddie leash. Hadrian *loves* the attention he gets when Gabriel takes him into public. Of course it's all Gabriel's publicity but did you know Hadrian is DATING that idiot? Ha! That's right, back up!!!
Hadrian is such a jealous type too... His soft boyfriend should watch out! ;)
Ian Taylor was always a rambunctious child, and a bit of a troublemaker, no different than any other boy his age in Croydon. When he is hired as the earl’s new servant, all he thinks will come of it is money for his struggling family, new friendships with the other staff, and a chance to see what life is like for the wealthy. What he gets, however, is broken.
Prologue: Ian learns something about his time working for the earl; he was doomed from the start

Relationship: Ian/Gabriel Montoya (Bill 2015) Characters: Ian (Bill 2015), Gabriel Montoya (Bill 2015), Anne Hathaway Shakespeare Additional Tags: Fluff, Domestic Fluff, Established Relationship, Marriage Proposal Summary: It’s something Ian had been thinking about for awhile. He’d been coming up with ideas on when, where, and how to ask her. But in the end, it was a very normal moment on a very normal day.
Is... is it bad timing that I want to watch Bill again, like... ya know...
12 Days of Thanktival — Day 5: Cuddling For Warmth

Relationships: Ian/Gabriel Montoya
Characters: Ian, Gabriel Montoya

Summary: Of all the things Gabriel hates about living in England, the cold has got to be one of the worst. Luckily Ian knows what to do about it.
A/N: I can’t believe I’ve never written Ian/Gabriel before this… It’s weird how cute they are as a ship when they literally never interact in canon. I love them so much though.

As Long as You’re Holding Me
“How was your day?” Ian called as Gabriel opened the door to their little house, basking in the slight blast of warm air from inside.
“It was fun,” she replied, stamping her boots to rid them of snow. “Exhausting though. I will never understand how the twins manage to have so much energy between them. I don’t know how Bill and Anne cope.”
“I’m afraid things haven’t been going so great here,” Ian said. “We’re out of firewood again. I’d go and get some more but I think most of the market stalls will be closed this time of night.”
Gabriel felt a shiver run through her entire body. She’d been out skating on the Thames with Susanna, Judith and Hamnet all day, and her thin woollen garments had done very little to keep her warm. She’d spent most of the way home looking forward to curling up by the fire with Ian as she trudged through the snow, blowing on her fingers for warmth. And now, just like that, all her hopes had been dashed. It would be another cold night, following another cold day—as all winter nights in England seemed to be.
As she came inside, she tried to remind herself to be grateful. At least she had a home to return to, and Ian waiting for her when she did. At least she had work, thanks to Bill, work where she could be herself, without the more… unpleasant things her previous profession had entailed. But as she began removing her drenched outer layers, and a gust of cold air went through her body, she let out a curse.
“I have had it up to here with este maldito frío!” she swore, raising her fist as if hitting the door as hard as she could would solve her problems.
“What’s wrong, my love?” Ian asked, appearing in the doorway.
“Nothing,” Gabriel said, sitting down to unlace her boots. “Todo está bien.” They’d always known they were going to have to tighten their belts this winter—being an actress didn’t exactly pay well, and Ian had been out of work since the mill had closed down due to half of its workers dying of the plague.
“Okay,” Ian said, seeming doubtful. “Well I’m glad you had a fun day, at least. I’ve been trying to sort something out for dinner… it seems like we’ll be having bread and cheese, since we can’t cook anything.”
“I’m sorry,” Gabriel said, moving to take him by the hands. “I should have stayed behind to help you today. It’s just that Bill and Anne needed someone to supervise the kids at the last minute…”
“Jesus, your hands are freezing,” Ian said. “And no wonder, with what the weather’s like out there. Come on in and let’s get you warmed up. You’ve got to get these damp clothes off, and wrap up as warm as you can. I’ll get the good blankets from the cupboard.”
Gabriel followed Ian gratefully as he led her to their bedroom and helped her to change into her warmest clothes, before hanging her wet things out to dry. She took the thick blanket he offered her as well, and wrapped it around her shoulders, sitting down on the bed. When Ian was done, he came and perched next to her.
“You still look miserable, Gabriel,” he said, taking her hands in his. They were rough from years of physical labour, and most importantly, warm. “What’s the matter?”
“It’s nothing, mi amor,” she said. “I am just fed up with how cold your stupid country is.”
“I’m so sorry, Gabriel,” Ian said. “I’ll get more firewood tomorrow. I thought we’d still have enough to get us through the week if we cut back a bit… I should have been more careful with what we had…”
“This is not your fault, Ian,” Gabriel said, reaching out to stroke his hair. “I know how hard you’ve been trying to find another job, and I’m happy just to be here with you… Tomorrow I will go to Bill and Anne’s and see if they can lend us some spare firewood, just enough to get through the week.”
Ian smiled at her. “I love you, Gabriel. More than anything. Come here.” He opened his arms out to her.
“What are you doing?” she asked.
“Here. You’ll warm up quicker if we huddle together.”
Gabriel smiled and opened her arms, shifting the blanket around her shoulders so that it covered both of them. Ian wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in close, so her head rested on his chest. He was right—she did feel a little warmer with the heat from his body surrounding her, and the sound of his heart beating in her ear.
“Okay, this is nice,” she said, smiling into the rough fabric of his shirt. In response, he slid his hands into her hair and began teasing it from its tight braids. It had grown a lot since moving to England, and now hung down almost to her shoulders. It was long enough now that she could tie it back when she went about her daily life, a fact that never ceased to bring her joy. Now, with Ian absent-mindedly running his fingers through her hair, she had to concede that some things were better here than they had been back in Spain.
Okay, a lot of things were better. The weather was just… one of the few exceptions.
“I love you too, by the way,” she said. “Every day I remember how lucky I am to have you in my life.”
“Me too,” Ian said, and pressed a soft kiss to the top of her head.
“Maybe we could just… stay like this. Until spring comes.” She smiled to herself. “If it’s good enough for the bears and the squirrels, surely it’s good enough for us.”
Ian laughed warmly, and she felt his shoulders shaking behind her head. “That does sound romantic, in a way. But what about your career? Our friends?”
“I suppose you’re right. It looks like we will have to go out in the cold again.”
“Yes,” Ian said. “But for tonight… there’s nowhere else we have to be.”
“Good,” Gabriel said. “Because I’m not moving.” She buried herself deeper into Ian’s arms. And even though she couldn’t see his face, she could practically feel the warmth of his smile.
