Krisztián Tejfel is a Hungarian self-taught painter. Lives and work currently in Hungary.

Tejfel's works are deep, internal researches, explorations aimed at developing himself. Experiments that don't work well in all cases, so they need to be constantly shaped and polished to achieve the acceptable results to him. Tejfel's painting is characterized by chaos and serenity, perfection and anomaly, balance and uncertainty, construction and deconstruction.

All this isolation has caused me to rethink my art practice. I have discovered a deeper sense of me when Through a minimalist approach. I have been painting white shapes onto blank 8mm film strips and painstakingly scanning each frame into after effects. Then I study the shapes and redraw each one from memory on my iPad and export the results as an animated gif. They may look like white circles on white backgrounds, but that’s just because we are all white circles living in a sea of potentiality, floating like dust in an empty picnic basket.
