A Quiet Goodbye
By Bud Koenemund For Eva Gaither (9 September 1943 – 24 May 2022) I hold little faith in humanity, or in humans. But, I just said goodbye to one of the finest human beings I’ve ever met; one who has known me – quite literally – my whole life. She is one of the very few people who could ignore my “no hugs” rule and survive. It seems strange to write this on Memorial Day, when the one I memorialize did not serve in the military. She did, however, fight battles. Her combat took place on a much different field – the spiritual. She fought for hearts and souls across the world. If I am wrong – and for her sake, I hope I am – and there is such a place, Eva Gaither is now in Heaven.
For the do I ship it: uthus
*sobs*
look I only ship them because I’m obsessed with the idea that they’re a super unhealthy version of merthur and yeah I’m gonna shut up now before I make this any worse.
Actually no, let me give you a list comparing old gen ships to new gen ships
uther x gaius = merthur
gaius x alice = freylin
uther x ygraine = arwen
uther x vivienne = arthian
uther x gorlois = arlance
ygraine x nimueh = morgwen
thank you for coming to my ted talk
