i cannot express how my one main issue with fairy tail is how gajevy’s relationship was handled, levy and gajeel about to have a baby is cute and all but all it makes me think is that hiro didnt know what to do with levys character after her and gajeel became canon and so just threw her into the pregnancy arc. personally it wouldve made much more sense to me to have atleast have gajeel and levy navigating their relationship for atleast a few months prior to them deciding to start trying for kids. not to mention levy and gajeel, despite having one of the most interesting dynamics, have little to no screentime past a certain point and its so frustrating. i would give anything to see more of gajevy, even just levy/gajeel independently, but unfortunately despite gajeel and levy both have insane potential they are some of the only characters that hiro allow to blend into the background.
