🌌Intergalactic waves🌌 • • • • … Reposted from @_shear_sarah_ 🌌Intergalactic waves🌌 • Stunning blue and purple concoction on @jtrocc80 ! • She had previously been a very heavy highlight with vivid overlay by another stylist and came in wanting something new on her faded locks. Because she was so heavily highlighted previously but still had her natural hair throughout, I was unable to just use a color remover and start with a blank canvas because her virgin hair would have been bumped by the developer.
