ayyy how's your linguistics club going? what do you guys do at meetings? asking so i can steal all of your club ideas and lure my classmates into my voiced-bilabial-fricative-worshiping cult. muahahahaha. btw sorry for reblogging one of your naclo posts, like, a bajillion times and basically talking to myself on it. not a master of tumblr etiquette rules but feel kinda like i broke one with that, oops

it's an utter failure.

I've had two meetings with literally no one showing up.

Admin doesn't seem like they wanna cooperate with us (i.e. me) for NACLO

Teacher sponsor is having some family issues.

It's just not good. 

What I WANT to do at meetings is definitely the opposite of sit around waiting for people to show up. My VP and I talked about doing the following

I like these ideas, but putting them into action requires membership. Not even people from last year have come :( I am going to try to advertise better, obviously. That's the next step.
