literally every single peeta/katniss story i read kills off gale or makes him a dickhead. NOT COOL.

true story:

so, after reading mockingjay and being thoroughly pissed off by the book, the developments and the fact that she ends up with peeta, i took a few days to cool down and then thought "hey, you started appreciating other pairings by reading fic for them, why not try it in this case?"

so i start looking for hg fic. and twenty stories later, in which my baby gale either died, was sufficiently maimed, never mentioned or turned into a complete ass, i stopped all and any attempts to get into the hg fandom.

i have friends who know/suspect that i write fanfic and i do not wish to directly associate my face with my ffn account. icons show up on fave author pages, too, and i rather not make it easier for people i know offline to find me ;)
