This is a description of the general skeleton on how Elude, Eve will play out. The full story will be based around this concept:
Eve stood still in the hub room. He couldn’t help but let his mind wander to what he’d gotten himself into - not that he had any part in getting himself stuck in this situation. He’d stood there for so long, so lost in his thoughts, that he hadn’t noticed the sound of wheels rolling up behind him.
“What’re you waiting for? If ya’ just stand here, nobody’s gonna have any fun.“ A young boy said as he rode by on a skate board, stopping only when he made his way out in front of Eve. Eve was struck speechless yet again.
“Well?” The young boy asked. “I’ll even give you a hint. Your first door is the top left.”
“What?” Eve replied. Things were only just registering.
“You still have no clue whats going on, do you?”
“Not really, no.”
“..Okay… I’ll recap it for you.” The kid pondered for a second. “The whole concept of this game is used as an outlet.” He began. “Right now, you’re in the main hub room. Straight ahead of us is the exit. It’s locked right now. There are two main route attached to each wall of this room. Six main routes in total. Each route has a couple sections, each section consists of a few rooms. Each section has it’s own ‘owner’. You can never go back through a section door. You can only move within the section and forward to the next. You following?”
“Yeah…” Eve replied.
“Good. Now, depending on who the owner is decides what you’ll be going through. Some individual room keepers like to physically fight the victim, others will toy with the victim, and may present puzzles. Then it all depends on the traits of the victim, if they’re more physical and agile, they might escape the killer who wants to stab them. But then, they might not be good mentally, so they may flub up on a puzzle and find themselves dead. If you’re able to get through all sections in one route, there will be a door that will loop you back to the main hub room.” The kid explained. “When you get past all six sections, the exit door will be unlocked, and you’ll be let out.”
“Oh…” Eve managed.
“Nobody has ever actually managed to get out. They always get stuck on one section and just. Die.” The kid added ” Oh!? Remember that desolate cafeteria you walked through? Once you get through each section, small perks will become available to you in that cafeteria.
“And what about you?”
The child simply smiled. “I’m sure you’ll find out eventually.”
Eve is just your average, every day teenager. When he’s chosen to participate as the victim in a game, he must navigate his way through a building full of eccentric characters, each with their own personal trials and tribulations he must endure and evade to escape.
He meets many interesting characters, makes a few unconventional friends, and questions life.
