Look I'm not really in the Bayonetta fandom but I am already exhausted arguing with straight dudes why Bayonetta is Not Straight. Like damn sit down and leave this Bi queen alone she is not for you.

I wanna share the struggle of how I got this. So I pre-ordered this game and the system back in January when they first release pre-orders and the problem is I ordered them to be day 1 orders meaning I was supposed to get them the day of release but I had to change my card information on them back when my card was hacked for fraud everything was fine and today when the switch came in I thought to myself why isn't the Legend of Zelda breath of the wild here it should have been here by now so I called GameStop and they said that my card was denied so I called my bank and they said that I should try to call PayPal cause I ordered the game with PayPal and then PayPal tells me that GameStop didn't even send the okay to actually put the order through meeting I didn't get any activation email letting me know that my order is shipped and after finding that out I was so mad I was literally on hold for almost 4 hours on GameStop customer service whatever the fuck it was for 4 fucking hours just asked questions and after waiting for 4 hours I thought fuck it I'll call the store and the phone this sweet women said they had tons and tons of extra and the minute that I found out I said alright I'll be there in 5 minutes I was literally there in 5 minutes. Top it off I also left the oven on after realizing it when I just pulled into the driveway and luckily the house did not catch on fire it's been a hectic day and I'm really tired but I'm just glad I have the God damn thing ...

heres a rant about what happened today!

so im usually really respectable towards retail workers because i myself am one but today that employee was reallllllllyyy stupid

so i work at gamestop, right? and my bff wanted me to go with her to buy a game for her with my discount. So we go there and i ask if i can use my discount and they say of course and asked for the general info.

its kind of complicated, but long story short my bff wanted to use her rewards card instead of mine, and they said i cant because im using my employee discount.

now for a side note: the Power Up Rewards card can either be a family card or an individuals card. Mine has always been our family one, it was just under my sisters name because she was the one that shopped there the most at the time we got the card.

so get this. after i explain how its not under my name its my sisters, the employee goes "oh well you cant use it then"

???????? why?????? ive used it before

"it has to be immediate family"

yeah, it's my sisters.

"no immediate family"

?????????????????????????? at this point im literally repeating myself telling her SHES MY SISTER AS IN WE HAVE THE SAME PARENTS

and i honestly think she realized how STUPID she sounded and like, tried to play it off and asked her coworker "is it immediate family? or spouses?" and then her coworker goes "its both"

and then she starts spewing some bullshit about how "you see theyve been investigating that stuff with the rewards cards"

??????????????? YOU JUST CONFIRMED THE CARD CAN BE SHARED WITHIN IMMEDIATE FAMILY - WHICH MINE IS??????????????

"is the card under your name?"

NO!!!!!! ITS MY SISTERS NAME!!!!!!! WHAT HAVE I BEEN SAYING?!?!!? i told her its my sisters name - AGAIN, and that we have the same LAST name because WE'RE SISTERS

and so she had to check my fucking ID to confirm that

"well just so you know technically it has to be yours"

YEAH - IT IS MINE!!!!! LIKE, ITS OUR FAMILY CARD ITS JUST UNDER MY SISTERS NAME LIKE WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING

like after he speal about how "theyve been investigating" i was done with her

i mean at least she gave me my discount - probably because, like i said, realized how dumb she sounded

BUT im more upset at the fact that if thats what happened she didnt own up to it and just made up some bullshit excuse.

So yesterday I had a "customer" actually call the store and ask what color people you shoot in call of duty. It took EVERYTHING in me to just keep calm and talk to them in a normal tone. There was a man in the background of that call hooting and hollerin' about getting to shoot 'N's in their face and mow them down. Next of course it turned into your run of the mill 4chan type phone call with them asking if we sold XL condoms and if they could come get all this at the store. It got so bad though that I just hung up on them, I was really getting fed up. Is this really what our society is like? Is this really okay to let kids grow up and say? I refused to answer the phone the rest of the day, I was just so mad, and it's still making me mad. Ugh.
