i keep seeing ‘what if Spamton didn’t run away’ concepts which are driving me nuts /pos and i will now raise you!

Spamton didn’t run away after the phone call, but he still gets puppetified and Tenna is there to see it.

biggest image in my brain rn is Spamton locking himself in his changing room as his speech and appearance deteriorate, refusing to see or speak to anyone, and then one night Tenna is staying late and sitting in the green room when he hears Spamton’s door open. he goes to check, but the room is empty. he searches around a bit and catches sight of Spamton, silent, floating above the ground, suspended and moving as if by invisible strings, being dragged backstage.

somebody help me, i had a good idea for a Project Hail Mary fic and now i really want to write it but i don't have time and there's other stuff i'd rather work on more ;_;

essentially, the Eridian government that Grace and Rocky fall under decides that it's too tragic for the person that helped save them to die after such a short life (normal human lifespan) and make an Eridian body for Grace to be transferred to. Grace doesn't agree to this, Rocky doesn't agree to this, but in the end Grace doesn't get a choice.

Earth chose for him to die, Erid chose for him to live, Grace didn't choose either.

am i giving Spamton malnutrition from not having consistent access to food while he was homeless. yes. am i now going down a rabbit hole trying to decide what food even means in Deltarune and what ‘nutrients’ a Darkner would require. yes. am i going to create an entire chart documenting every food item in the game and other potential food items and which Darkners could realistically eat those items? yes! am i only doing this so that Tenna can realize Spamton is struggling to eat, ask around what foods would be good for someone like him, get really concerned, and then start being way more considerate of what meals he brings for Spamton than Spamton was expecting? yepperooni! do i need to be doing any of this?? absolutely not!!!

it was supposed to be over… but i’m enjoying Beyond Repair (by manofthepipis on ao3) too much… there’s the barest hint of an idea for a long Spamtenna fic simmering in the back of my brain and it’s 60% plot 40% Tenna and Spamton beating the snot out of each other and having the messiest gut-punch of a slow burn get back together known to man, while also trying not to die or kill each other.

i need the most intense fic that feels like chewing on candy-cane splinters. they need to crash out at each other so hard and then turn around and fall to their knees crying and begging the other not to leave them. i need it to be MESSY

Benrey’s in the camera bots. the picture spamming they’re doing reminded me of what Benrey did while flying around Xen. who knows, a part of his ai could’ve survived and been able to infect the Combine robots in the game.

hi hello. i did have plans for a continuation of “why won’t you tell me” before i started writing it. is that something you guys would be interested in?

OR, if you all would like a longer fic, i do have something planned (i’ve been posting about it) that will include horrors but be a lot more focused on Spamton and Tenna’s relationship. i was gonna work on it anyway, but i can prioritize that instead.
