since you’re on anon and didn’t explain why you’re scared, i am not sure how helpful this is for you, but here we go! 

i’ve participated in tons of exchanges through many different fandoms and the only nerve-wracking bit is the bit at the end, after you’ve posted and are waiting to see if your recipient likes what you’ve created for them. i’ll let you in on an industry secret: most people who take part in exchanges are just happy that something was created with them in mind! it doesn’t need to be like, the best thing ever created, nor does it need to stick word-for-word to the prompt as long as you respect what they’ve put down for things to avoid. 

this event in particular, the winter mini-exchange, is super relaxed and the requirements are minimal compared to other events of the same nature because it’s meant to whet your appetite for the @kaishinbigbang coming up. if you’re thinking about doing an exchange but aren’t sure if you want to, this is your sign to go for it!

Okay so in my town it's suddenly gotten to the point where it is legitimately too cold to run... but I have been doing situps! I took two or three days off because my schedule is very weird this week, but I started up again today, and before that point I'd been doing them every day!

I thought this was an inside joke that uzuki says "let's do our best!" frequently especially because that's usually what the main protagonist says in any anime ever BUT LITERALLY ALL HER LINES PAST EP 6 IS "Let's do our best" and "i'll do my best". at this point it's basically her catchphrase

Just gotta revise both kana charts again so I can read hiragana faster and recognise more katakana.
