went to a chiropractor for the first time, someone who my employers highly recommend (especially the butch middle-aged lesbian boss, creator of a major us branch of the company) and honestly it was life-changing. while compensating for an old leg injury my body twisted itself into knots. now neck, back and hip pain all eliminated. my knee is still somewhat sore but certainly not as misaligned as before
