Ever since

Ever since I ate the ahi lover's bento from Ninja Sushi, I frequently get sick eating ahi and/or spicy ahi. The night I ate the bento, I woke up only to throw up the bento as well as the previous day's meals. Why, I don't know.

I used to love spicy ahi, but I often feel sick if I eat it.

Ah, the classic case of __________ _________ syndrome.
