Being cooped up can be difficult especially if you're the can't sit still type like myself, so I've been trying to expand on some useful hobbies like gardening. Self sustainability has always been something I strive to be better at. Today's project focused on what I like to call onion hacking. 🌱 Did you know you can regrow onions from onions? 🌱 You sure can! This onion in our pantry started to sprout so I carefully dissected it and ended up with 3 new onion bulbs. The same can be done with scallions/green onions or the left over root side of any larger onion. The ones in the last slide have been soaking in water to cover their roots for about 4-5 days and new green shoots are already forming.
