FNAF MOVIE THEORY
Okay, so me and my brothers thought about this the Thursday the movie came out in our country so here it is:
Okay, so the fnaf theory my brother and I have is that Gareth possesses Ballon Boy.
He's the only animatronic to not be actively hostile to Mike at any point in the movie, and he has the most "haunting precess", seemingly being able to teleport at will. Moreover, the the credits scene, he gets into the cab, for what reason?
Because he heard William confirm that he killed him and was going to kill his brother. He finally has the confirmation to what he suspected, the Mike, was HIS Mike. His older brother. He's going to reunite with them.
My brother's and I came up with this theory the moment we got back home since and I made a joke about how Ballon Boy was the only animateonic that's jump scare was just a still image, like how Golden Freddy's jump scare was like in the 1st game. This prompted them to start saying Ballon Boy was the new Golden Freddy, then we realized he was the only nom hostile one and how if he was passed by Gareth it would explain why he doesn't fit in with the group
He doesn't feel like part of the group because he died outside of the pizzeria. Plus, since the Smiths are meant to be a stand in for the afton kids

It would make sense that Gareth possess the animatronic that acts most ghostly.
Like every other animatronic hAlso, we think Vanessa is either a robot or chipped somehow. The way she talks is weird, and she only reveals information when directly given specific questions to answer. Plus, the whole "if he's there, I won't be of much use" is suspicious. Almost like she's trained not to hurt him.
Nico and Agustin say chipped since if they're doing make more movies explaining human robots would be pretty fucking difficult, but I still stand by it. She's another stand in for Elizabeth by being connected to Vanessa, so robot makes sense in my mind, espa when you look back to the novel trilogyas a reason to be possessed. Even Cupcake. Lots of people feel like it's an extension of Chica, but even if you don't fully believe that, Susie has always been said to have been lured by Afton using her dead dog, so that could explain the cupcake. But then, who possesses
Ballon Boy? He can't be an extension of anyone else because he isn't connected to anyone else. That only leaves him to be Gareth Smith
