Finally have the time and energy to talk about more gym antics. I went to the gym with my friend again and I got my plan B^]
We did leg day, which was fun! I was expecting my thighs to hurt, but it ended up being fully in my glutes..... sitting hurt for the next few days.
It's a little silly going there with someone who has worked out frequently for years. She's easily doing 3x what I'm doing... I know I've got to work my way up slowly but man!! I will get there one day and be a kickass stone gargoyle...
details about weight and the like below, just so I can track progress and changes. Weight loss/gain isn't really a concern of mine, but I will be interested to see what changes there are, if any. There have been a lot of changes in my weight as of late... probably due to finally being able to go out and drink regularly and buy my own wine and... yeah...
