Garlikid believes itself to be a savior of all Pokémonkind. It will pick fights with anyone it considers villainous.

Garlikid has a weird blend of floppy limbs and rock hard abs. Maybe it’s just a result of detail limitations on the small sprite. Within the Uranium storyline this guy has kind of a weird role, I like to think of the species as being kind of like elves. They’re apparently rare and mysterious and more or less just odd-looking people with a different language. There’s only one in the game, but it’s implied that there’s more somewhere. I’d bet he’s an alien or something.
