Actan in its normal color scheme has two dark colors, and in its sprite at some places it looks like the darker of the two might just be shading.  The contrasting green really brings out the best of Actan’s weird body.

One of the legendary Pokémon that formed the Tandor region. It taught humans about the use of radioactive metals.

Actan rounds out the Brothers of Metal trio, which is a nice bit of fanon lore.  I think this is my favorite of the three (including the canon Heatran), it’s kinda spooky and alien-y.  It’s like if Dialga had a baby form.
