Simon was a well of energy at this point, and wasn’t bothering to hide it. Quite literally, there was energy bursting out of every pore of his body, giving him the image like a star that had red energy burning out from it. Needless to say, it made him pretty easy to see, especially during the night like this. He was doing it mostly to scare people off, and so he could find out who the real big guns were - and it seemed he caught the attention of someone else who had similar ideas.
「Yo. That thing you’re holding - looks pretty impractical, but it’s still a sword. Let’s have at it. I ain’t takin’ no for an answer.」

Simon, after Kamina’s untimely death, had taken that favored katana of his and pushed his body to the limits to master it. Everyone in the other city was too inadequate for his tastes, and he could have them on their knees way too quickly for his liking. There was little capability to train on that side - but here, there was likely to be a whole new medley of folks that he could test his steel on. One woman in particular caught his eye, mostly due to the fact that with that body of hers, he didn’t imagine her to be much of a fighter - but the way she carried a sword made it all too obvious. It was enticing, even. In a flash of green light, he appeared in front of her, smirking with fervor as he readied himself for what he hoped would be a good fight. Placing his sheathed sword directly in front of him as a sign of wanting a duel, he made it evident just how blunt he was going to be about this whole thing.
It better be. If I cut her in two before it’s gotten fun, I’ll be disappointed.
「You can tell, right? What I’m looking for. Prepare yourself.」
