Meet Silane, N. Oxide's ex wife. She’s specializes in developing perfumes (that are quite noxious to humans) and was a dancer throughout her youth. Her wings are merely props and not functional; she has several sets that she wears as accessories. Rumor has it she used to be able to crack a smile, but these days she's quite the no-nonsense grouch. Cross her and she will stomp on you/everything you love.
At one point in time she and her husband were desperately in love, but as time went by and her husband continuously failed to get his shit together... well, nagging him started to get old. What with him losing upwards of 5+ ships a year, not to mention his terrible racing/caffeine addiction, Silane has pretty much decided she's done. After the divorce she took half of everything he owns + whatever dignity he had left.
Currently she is in a romantic relationship with Isabella Bandicoot. They meet at the afterparty for a racing circuit where Isabella was the winner. Silane was there for... petty reasons (mostly to congratulate whoever beat her ex). Casual conversation started up, which quickly sparked into a deep and fulfilling romance. ❤️
