Summary: Both Sam and the Trickster knew having sex with each other was a bad idea. Predictably, it all goes side-ways when the Winchester’s figure out Gabriel’s background in TV Land.

Coward, Gabriel chides himself. Running away happened on instinct, a reaction he could not suppress. Now, hours later and perched on a skyscraper somewhere in Tokyo, he believes kissing Sam might have been the better option. It crossed his mind when the fine muscles worked right in front of him. Sure, he could have snapped his fingers and got rid of the ghost, but watching Sam dig had been more fun. It tickled some memories awake, and Gabriel has to concur, it had always been fantastic sex. Doing it again would have been so fucking easy. All he had to do is grab Sam’s jacket and lean down. Even after the last outburst, a round of good old rough sex with a silent departure afterwards would have been easier to bear than this. Nowhere to go with all his thoughts, with his pesky emotions trapped his chest. Centuries of fucking around with the pagans, and a single human blows every rational thought out of the window, Gabriel curses, rubbing his temples. Around him, the drizzling rain is a mild and welcome distraction. The steep abyss in front of him barely registers, an angel is not afraid of heights. The idea of jumping, of stretching his wings and soar through the city has some merit. His previous coping mechanism involved parties, sex, tricks and killing assholes. With six wings outstretched behind and around him, hidden from the world but far more present than in the last fucking decades tells him that he’s far closer to Gabriel than Loki.
