FOR RENT has sent me into an obsessive redesign mode. Instead of playing my game and working on my stories I have created a new save just for new interiors for my Sims.

These pictures are from two of three connected brownstones I found on the gallery unfurnished. SUMMIT LANES , From an amazing builder; ORIGIN ID -Applez or Rheya28 on Simblr. Thank you for the inspiration!!

I totally gutted the interior floor plans, leaving the beautiful exteriors, and started from scratch. The first three pictures are the main floor of an older gay couple's well lived-in home, that have collected a plethora of art over the years. It is beautifully displayed in their home. The next two are of their photos are of their Primary Bedroom.

The last two pictures are from the main floor of a young single gay male, that is a civil engineer for San Myshuno and loves a less cluttered environment when he comes home after work.

I am currently working on the third and last of the townhomes, which will have a much more modern interior. It is the home of a young teenage Don Lothario and his parents Nicolo and Adriana who are the owners of these townhomes. Once I am finished, I will share those as well.

I am certainly not a great interior SIMS designer like RHEYA28 or many of the others out here, but I am really proud of these townhomes and the work I have put into them.

My BFF @thelastairsimblr creates some of the greatest Sims; if you haven't seen his work, you HAVE to check them out! He shares them with me from time to time prior to posting them to his simblr.

He normally has homes for them that he also sends me. However, this time, since I have been on this renovation phase, I created their homes myself based on his sims traits, aspirations, favorites and personality.

Here are some shots of two of those family homes. The top five shots are of the Catton family. A grandmother and her two grandchildren that she has raised. As you can see the grandmother loves green, and enjoys gardening, and knitting, her teen grandson, is a studious boy and is also a perfectionist, (OCD, as some others may refer to it) The grand daughter is a more creative and less concerned about things being in their place.

In the six shots above, this is the neighbors of the Catton's, in an apartment building. The Hollifields; a young single mom, and college student, and her young daughter. Mom is busy with work, school, parenting and other extracurricular activities, and not much time to do much cleaning. But, not too bad of a housekeeper with her schedule. Her daughter, tends to spend most of her time being creative in her room, while her mother sleeps.

Last week I promised to share the last of my Brownstone Townhomes. Three townhomes redecorated inside by me. This one I found the inspiration from the photo at top and did my best to re-create it. This is the main room as you enter and can see all the way back into the kitchen.
