It’s finally feeling like summer here in Santa Fe, and that means it’s officially rosé season (which it always is in Chez Pairing), but not all rosés are created equal. If you could just specialize in rosé as a Sommelier, that’s what Emma would do. She’s got some fun facts, FYI’s, and recommendations for you, and the exhaustive list is available to our patrons! (Spoiler alert, there’s more out there than Provençal rosés, though many of those are delicious!) To give you the highlights: pay attention to vintage, and look for Italian and Spanish rosés. Pictured here is one of my favorites: the G.D. Vajra “Rosabella” rosé, made from Nebbiolo in Piemonte.🌹 🍷 #roseseason #hallelujah #gdvajra #rosato https://www.instagram.com/p/Byayp83pmlS/?igshid=1nbi15zcg303z
