Prepping for Iceland, Greenland and more

Just a few more weeks to go before the trip commences, with most logistics pretty much settled. It will be a sea journey to them from the port of Amsterdam, right next to the central station, a one way travel that would get me pass the vast norwegian sea before veering downward to the Labrador sea for Boston.

Gears for Cambodia Trip

Reckoning that Phnom Penh and Siem Reap are both developing cities, with her unique flare of culture, people and architecture that dates back to the 20th century, we are primarily looking at people and street photography.

A glimpse of her landscape should be more pronounced during the connecting bus trip between the two cities, and the poorly maintained tourist spots and crowds should make uncluttered shots rare.

The Canon EOS M will tag along with the bigger Nikon DSLR like the tough-but-light D3100, and the use of a wide-angle will fare moderately well with the more lavish hotels I will be staying in.
