we offer the option for kids to opt out of sex education, too. didn't realize that in some states they don't allow that or so forth. my parents had to sign papers that said i was free to take sex ed at school, but maybe things have changed?
I cant imagine things have changed that much at least depending on certain states its probably a opt out option, but im sure in other states it means their is no sex ed program flat period (which would be bad) Granted designee on the state it might not be bad if those state encourage lies about sex and things, so...
yeah US sex ed is messed up and the internet still taught me more than sex ed did, even if CO programs is actually not so bad.
