7 hours to write a paper and I still haven’t started
I havent had bad anxiety in a while, like a WHILE but now its interrupting my sleep. Like i get anxious like I have a FEAR about falling asleep like i feel vulnerable? and I live alone so its worse, so then even when I take the melatonin my mind fights it because is afraid. So I end up exhausted like really late at night but I have to wake up early because I have school and shit. So i end up with horrible migraines and all of this is exhausting and I need it to stop.
Aaaah I’m really nervous! I’m going to see a GP to get a referral for a psychologist for the very first time
