What is she doing at an age so young?         Good children must stay in school.         Len could say the same for himself, and yet he is not a child.                                                                                        Nor human.                              Stuck in a never ending time frame fit for a boy of fourteen,      he will remain at this stage of youth until the day the hourglass empties its sand.

"Hey, you.  Should you really be wandering around like that in the middle of the day?"         His finger juts at her uniform in specific.         It is a school girl's attire-- something he has not seen in a while,         though no one would really predict that since it is generally interpreted         as a way of notifying one in question of another's summoning. Len would be in the same situation as her, however he is not enrolled in any sort of schooling institution and has not ever been in one for a long while.

time to wrap up my sudden preoccupation with projection mapping and new meaning of graffiti in cities.. 

Tokyo Station Vision - 2012.  really hope they work things out and decide to make it show every 30 min or so like in New York City during Christmas time.  at least in tourism high season.
