Alien jol is from my astronaut eefo x alien joel fic, the wip in actuality is the sequel fic, this art is just to visualise what Joel looks like

jimjoel gilded cage... ough. yk those whump hybrid aus, where hybrid characters are in captivity and its a whole lot of suffering etc? I really like those AUs and realised I don't have one, so, I decided. well I should make one.

There appears tiger joel, the fancy attack feline of a rich lord who keeps a beautiful canary in a gilded birdcage in his greenhouse. Jimmy's garden is beautiful, full of flowers and butterflies. It is, also, horribly lonely. Joel isn't technically allowed to visit Jimmy, but their lord is 'soo benevolent' he lets him sneak into the garden.

The gemjoel wip is just because I really love their dynamic :') I miss wild life. also I love their contrast of very gothic and very colourful

i love gemjoel as a ship because a) they have an incredibly fun friendship that makes shipping their characters fun and b) the poly ship dynamic of 'i know my partner loves me but i also know his entire life and worldview revolves around his wife and i think its adorable'
