oh that's a post by a serial abuser on my timeline saying that in no circumstance should you ever talk publicly about trans women with a platform doing harmful things and should instead block and talk privately. i agree very much that in many if not most cases just blocking and moving on is the right thing to do but seeing that it was posted by a trans woman who repeatedly abused other trans women who partially stayed silent out of fear of the transmisogyny she would face just...is really triggering. they didn't want to go public but the whisper networks didn't protect other trans women from being hurt by her so they had to say something. and i've known too many trans women who've been in similar situations. i hate it!!!!
