writing meme: 2, 6, 9??

2) What does my ID want? Do you ever give in?

my id is normally a void of apathy but when it rises it usually involves some of the weirder stuff like the monstrous (tentacles fit in any fandom!).

6) What is my guilty pleasure as a writer?

I don’t have one--at least not yet. Maybe I should find it. It would be good practice. I used to be really embarrassed about writing fanfic. I used to leave it in people’s inboxes on anonymous. But I’ve kind of gotten over that.

9) Are there any unintentional trends in your writing?

I’m starting to notice drought imagery creeping into my writing. I also tend to. If there’s any type of ‘action’ in the story, it takes place offstage where it’s referred to either by the characters or where it’s given in pieces throughout the drama occurring on page so it’s not an infodump.

i’m really bad at action.

oops I'm a day late to the game bc I couldn't think of any TV shows last night but based on your #i don't even go here tag... summarize the 100??

and I’m EVEN LATER answering it but here we go: 

I am pretty sure it’s like, post-apocalyptic and the title maybe refers to 100 people who were put on ?? a ship?? colony?? of some kind -- people talk about ‘grounders’ all the time too so maybe those are the people who were left on the ground instead of getting to go in the ship/colony... but in any case the main group of characters are ?? young adults who are on the ground but not grounders (or at least not ALL grounders?) 

clarke is ostensibly the main character; people also talk about lexa and bellamy a lot and a kid called monty. I don’t know much of anything about monty. just that he exists. 

lexa and clarke kissed and that was a big deal!! but then something bad happened (lexa did something Bad?) so in any case it’s not like they’re a happy couple or anything 

bellamy is a problematic fave I am p sure but he may have transitioned to problematic cinnamon roll 

they all look super badass
