This letter came today from the office manager of a doctor at one of the country’s leading hospitals that—in theory at least—has nearly every speciality imaginable. This is how easy it is for docs to step away from fixing my botched #gendersurgery. At least sending photos in advance saved me a trip and inevitable disappointment.
