Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended the Pep Forum hosted by Generation Pep. Victoria opened the forum with a speech focused on the importance of children moving and living a healthy lifestyle.

Lovely that summer is here! This summer our family will be outdoors as much as we can. We will ride a bike, swim and play outside.

Something we have noticed is that the children  quickly become very creative and come up with fun games as soon as we go out. So staying outdoors is probably our best tip for creating joy for our children !

Prince Daniel today visited the school named the 2019 PEP school to see all the AMAZING physical activities provided by the school including “Biking Wednesday.” Each year Generation PEP names a school that has been great at providing their students with plenty for options to be active.

Prince Daniel will attend a board meeting for Generation Pep at the Royal Palace.
