The raiders have Norwegian voice lines, but these are pronounced incorrectly (such as ø being pronounced as o), and some have obviously incorrect grammar.

Verdict: Their asses are NOT Norwegian.

Whats the weirdest thing anyones asked you to do?

There was the Orc who came into the shop seemingly purely to ask for a hand pulling the hairs from their nose. And the Breton who once came in asking if one would be willing to rub a warted toad across their bare back.

Then there was the Bosmer youngster who came into the Den once, looking for a good time. Mistook one for one of the workers. Asked if one would be willing to utterly humiliate him and degrade him. Nothing wrong with that, if one is into that. One did it strange, however, when he asked that one consider tying him up with poison ivy for the duration.

That is without mentioning the old lady who asked one if I would go and retrieve her lost spoon for her. Firstly, one had to wonder why she approached one with this request. Why would anyone just approach a stranger - an armed stranger, at that - and ask them to assist in their personal matters? Secondly, one had to wonder how she exactly managed to lose her spoon in the lowest depths of a flooded cave filled with undead and necromancers. And thirdly, one would have to ask just why she was so attached to this spoon at all.

Truly. To wander Tamriel as an adventurer is to be asked to embark on many strange, odd, and often inane quests for the sake of otherwise nondescript individuals.
