Due to it being her birthday, Kyra was doing the most, wearing a tight cocktail mini dress to the dinner at town hall. Even if she had been living here for the last five years, the whole town getting together and celebrating Valentines day felt odd to her. Back in New York she had lived in the same building for years and had not met even one of her neighbors. Everyone kept to themselves. That wasn’t really a thing in Charming.  “Are we still on for going to Rendezvous after this dinner? I need to have some actual fun on my birthday, so you can’t say no.”

“There are probably going to be tons of Valentines day parties and since it’s my birthday and I only turn thirty once, I was thinking that we turn the biggest birthday bash this town has ever seen. Thoughts?”  Having had the idea last night she thought she’d invite Genesis over to discuss it and figure out logistics. There were some women who were afraid of turning thirty, she had been when she turned 21, but now she was looking forward to it. Not everyone could look this hot at her age, it needed to be celebrated.
